Mike Pence Breaks His Silence On Jan 6th Decision To Certify Election In Face Of Credible Fraud Allegations In Six States [VIDEO]

On January 6, 2021, our nation was on the edge of its seats, waiting to see if President Trump’s VP Mike Pence would do the correct thing and send back the electoral votes from the November 2020 election from six hotly contested states.

At 1:02 PM ET, former VP Pence tweeted a lengthy statement to explain his decision:

In his statement, VP Pence wrote: “It is my considered judgement that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not.

He also wrote that the role of Congress is to “address election controversies when they arise during the count of the vote of the Electoral College.”

The only problem is, the so-called “insurrection” that many believe was orchestrated by Democrats and certain members of the intelligence agencies, conveniently prevented several Republican lawmakers from sharing evidence of voter fraud in front of the world that would help them to encourage Vice President Pence to send the electoral votes back to the six contested states.

President Trump responded to  Mike Pence’s statement, suggesting his decision was cowardly, and that he should have protected our country and our constitution by “giving states a change to certify the corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which thy were asked to prviously certify.”

Following Pence’s decision to ignore the evidnece of massive voter fraud, he got an elbow bump from Nancy Pelosi, which he returned:

Democrat lawmakers approached the podium to present him with a special gift:

Former Vice President Mike Pence, who is rumored to be considering a run for president in 2024,  spoke this afternoon to a Florida chapter of the Federalist Society. During his speech, the once unpopular Mike Pence attempted to explain why he wouldn’t refuse to certify the electoral votes for six states and send them back to the state’s legislatures to allow them more time to investigate and if necessary, litigate the election results that were called into question by millions of Americans.

Pence told the crowd, “I heard this week that President Trump said I had the right to overturn the election. President Trump was wrong. I had no right to overturn the election. The Presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone”

“There are those in our party who believe that as the presiding officer over the joint session of Congress that I possessed unilateral authority to reject Electoral College votes. And I heard this week that former President Trump said I had the right to ‘overturn the election,’ he said.

“President Trump is wrong…I had no right to overturn the election,” Pence said. “The presidency belongs to the American people, and the American people alone. And frankly there is almost no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American President.”

Pence took a swipe at the unpopular Democrats by suggesting they would be beaten in 2024,”Under the Constitution, I had no right to change the outcome of our election And Kamala Harris will have no right to overturn the election when we beat them in 2024.”

The problem that Republicans face in 2022 and again in 2024, is that Democrats are fighting every day to keep the same dirty tactics in place that helped them to defeat President Trump in 2020. Until and unless Republicans can stop Democrats from employing universal, no excuse, mail-in-voting, ballot harvesting, outdated voter rolls, unsecure ballot boxes, election workers who behave like common thugs that threaten, intimidate and lock GOP poll challengers out of the ballot counting process, and third- party voting machine companies who will sue or threaten to sue anyone that questions their integrity, while denying them access to forensic audits of their machines, there will never be another free of fair election in America.
