“Yes, I did”...61-Yr-Old Male Admits To Pushing 40-yr-old Asian Woman In Front of Train, Killing Her [VIDEO]

A 61-yr-old homeless male has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder for the death of Upper West Side resident Michelle Alyssa, a 40-yr-old Asian woman he pushed in front of an oncoming subway train in NYC at around 9:40 am Saturday.

According to the Daily Mail – Martial has a history of mental illness and told reporters to ‘go f*** yourself’ as he was walked out of a Midtown precinct on Saturday night, declaring himself ‘God.’

‘Yeah, because I’m God,’ he said when asked if he killed Go, the New York Post reported. ‘Yes, I did. I’m God; I can do it.’

He then claimed: ‘She stole my f***ing jacket, that’s why.’

NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said the attack was ‘unprovoked,’ and the victim ‘does not appear to have any interaction with the subject.’

Martial has a previous criminal history and served two years in state prison for attempted robbery before being released in August 2021, the New York Post reported, citing state records.

Sources told DailyMail.com that he had been arrested at least twice in the past for robbery. One incident was in August 2017 in Manhattan, when he was charged with first-degree robbery after allegedly entering a car, pretending to have a gun, and stealing $43.

He was also arrested in July 1998 for allegedly simulating a gun in an attempt to rob a taxi driver, threatening to kill the driver. He was charged with two counts of robbery and criminal possession of a weapon at the time.

Anti-Asian hate crime reports jumped more than 200% between the two periods in New York City and 164% nationally (though that’s only 95 reports in the first quarter of 2021 across the 16 cities and regions studied).

Ninety percent of those arrested in New York City, the main driver of a national increase, are black or Latino. They are actually overrepresented in anti-Asian hate crime reports compared to general crime reports (80%) in New York City.

In 2021, a crime wave swept Democratic cities across the United States. In New York, shootings are up 166%, and violent crime surged to record highs.

When it comes to dealing with NYC’s skyrocketing crime, the newly elected DA, who has promised not to imprison criminals for violent crimes, is not the person for the job.

Newly elected Mayor Eric Adams has promised to rein in violent crime in the city and is bringing back an NYPD anti-crime unit that was controversial in the past. While Adams appears to be willing to be tougher on crime, prosecutors in the city have a different plan. The new Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, says that he will not be seeking prison sentences for most crimes, including violent crimes.

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg (L), race-agitator-for-hire Al Sharpton, and Democrat Mayor Eric Adams(R).

American Military News reports– “Alvin Bragg, the new Manhattan District Attorney, will not seek prison for nearly all crimes, except for murder, some violent crimes, and white-collar offenses. Bragg also said when prosecuting those more severe crimes; his office will not seek the maximum sentences possible.

Bragg announced his new prosecutorial guidance in an office-wide memo on Monday. In his memo, Bragg states, “reserving incarceration for matters involving significant harm will make us safer.”

The memo states, “The Office will not seek a carceral sentence other than for homicide or other cases involving the death of a victim, a class B violent felony in which a deadly weapon causes serious physical injury, domestic violence felonies, sex offenses in Article 130 of the Penal Law, public corruption, rackets, or major economic crimes, including any attempt to commit any such offense under Article 110 of the Penal Law.”
