Petty Woolworths shopper's spiteful act after checkout worker doesn't say 'have a nice day' as he left the supermarket

A spiteful Woolworths shopper has decided to retaliate after the checkout worker didn't say 'have a nice day' as he left the store.

The jilted customer recorded himself returning to the busy supermarket and starting to cause havoc in the aisles.

'The cashier lady didn't say have a good day,' he captioned the cruel prank, which was uploaded to TikTok on Wednesday.

The vindictive shopper starts in the carbonated drinks aisle and shakes large bottles of Pepsi before returning them to the shelves.

He then turns his attention to the confectionary aisle and begins to systematically crack blocks of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate in half.

The prankster then does the same to Mars and Cherry Ripe bars, leaving the damaged products on the shelves for unsuspecting customers to find.

In his final act of defiance the shopper unscrews the lids from a dozen tomato sauce bottles and leaves them in a pile for a supermarket employee to fix.

Social media users were quick to condemn the actions of the bitter customer in the comments of the TikTok video, which has since received over 50,000 views.

'You don't have to give everyone a bad day if you're having a bad day,' one wrote.

'He's so childish it hurts,' a second agreed.

'Bro is a menace to society,' a third commented.

However others were more lenient on the prankster.

'As a Woollies worker I find this funny,' one man wrote.
