Hello, it's not me! Vegas casino offers Adele fans free tickets to see TRIBUTE act after temperamental star's last minute axing of her Caesars Palace residency

Fans who were left heartbroken over Adele's cancelled Las Vegas residency can now wipe their tears and see a lookalike tribute act dedicated to the singer for free.

Tribute singer Janae Longo, 45, can be seen belting Adele's most popular hits at the Tropicana. She bears an uncanny stage presence to that of the Grammy-winning British singer, casino bosses say.

They're so confident of Longo's abilities, fans whose tickets to see the real Adele perform in Sin City were canceled have been offered the chance to come to the Tropicana for free until September 5.

'My goal is to honor Adele, and I hope she knows that what I’m doing is out of respect and love,' Longo told the New York Post. 'I hope it makes her smile.'

This comes after the Hello singer received backlash from fans, who spent between $800 to $2,000 a pop, for cancelling her four-month long Weekends with Adele event at Caesar's Palace in light of the COVID pandemic.

Longo, who works as a professional hair and makeup stylist, previously worked as a Carnival Cruise entertainer for 14 years as well as doing a brief Christmas caroling stint in Nevada for four months.

She also received a bachelor's degree in fine arts and musical theatre which helped in her lengthy career as a professional singer.

After traveling cross country to Nevada, the Buffalo native then successfully auditioned for the 'Legends in Concert' event in Las Vegas by singing her rendition of Adele's Rolling in the Deep.

The 'Legends in Concert' event showcases the talent of various iconic singers and other celebrities.

'I immediately started practicing her innuendos and mannerisms,' Longo told the New York Post. 'I listened to all of her songs over and over again until I memorized her vocal nuances.

'She shares a different piece of her heart in each song, and I really wanted to emulate that magic.'

In addition to her skills as a performer, Longo also fully transforms herself into character by successfully emulating the hair, makeup and even fashion style of the legendary performer.

'I do my own hair and makeup for the shows,' Longo told the Post. 'Celine, Cher, Gaga (impersonators) and I all do our own makeup.

'They're outstanding makeup artists in addition to being excellent tribute performers, and watching everyone transform backstage is amazing.'

Despite only appearing as a tribute act, Longo has still stated that fans are still 'gracious' for her work as a singer and impersonator.

'When I first got hired, I was so honored, but I worried that all the Adele fans were going to throw tomatoes at me for not being her,' she added. 'But Adele's fans are all so very gracious.

'I’m honored to salute (Adele's) talent onstage every night.'

As a part of the event, other performers also imitate the likes of famous singers such as Cher, Lady Gaga and Celine Dion.

'I'm amazed that I get to perform alongside these outstanding tribute artists,' Longo said. 'I'm very proud to be a part of this great team that gives fans a taste of their favorite singers, especially now when people need a little joy and positivity.'

However, Longo has been no stranger to criticism for her turn as the 'fake' Adele.

'I did see some really terrible things people said about me online, and I'm not going to lie — it did hurt,' she said.

'But I'm learning to ignore the negativity. If they want to be miserable, that’s their choice.'

Longo can be seen performing as Adele six nights a week at the Tropicana in Las Vegas.
